Some common issues and how to fix it.
Sometimes CloudFit becomes unresponsive or stops working on the iPad. The most common cause of this is Internet Connectivity problems or a slow connection.
Check to ensure you're connected to the Wifi or to mobile data. The quickest way to check is to open Safari on the iPad and try to browse the internet. If you can't browse the internet please contact your Internet Service Provider for any outages or disruption in your area.
If this is working you might need to force close the CloudFit app by double clicking the "Home" button on your device and swiping up on the CloudFit app to close it. You can then reopen the CloudFit app and try again.
