Sharing CloudFit Workouts

Learn about options for sharing a workout

CloudFit makes it easy to share your workout with other users including your trainers & staff but also your customers & class members.

Accessing Workout Sharing

There are a few different ways to bring up sharing options.

On any workout, you can hit the share icon in the top right corner:

When browsing workouts, you can tap the overflow menu (3 vertical dots) and then choose "Share":

From the workout "Configuration" screen you can scroll down and choose "Share Workout":

Any of these options will bring up a bottom "Share Sheet" which you can see the current sharing status, easily get the active sharing links, or tap to choose more options.

Using Workout Sharing

CloudFit offers two different ways to share a workout, depending on who it is for:

This option is intended for your internal team, such as staff or trainers. It allows them to view the workout setup, including its configuration and modules. If they have the required permissions, they may also be able to edit or run the workout. Staff access requires the CloudFit app.

This option is intended for your customers. It allows them to access and complete the workout themselves, such as at home, while traveling, or before attending a class at your gym or studio. Customer access does not require the CloudFit app and works in any web browser.
