CloudFit allows you to share access to your account with other CloudFit users. This makes it easy to collaborate with trainers, coaches, staff members, or other team members while maintaining control over what they can and cannot do within your account. CloudFit supports different permission levels so you can grant only the access required.
Opening the Manage Access Screen
To manage who can access your account:
Open the CloudFit app.
Navigate to Settings -> Account Access.
You’ll see two sections:
Users With Access To Your Account – people you have granted access to your
Accounts You Have Access To – accounts that have been shared with you.
Inviting a User
To grant someone access to your account:
Tap Invite User.
Enter the email address of the user to invite.
Select the permissions you would like them to have. For detailed information on permissions, please see our dedicated help article.
Press "Send Invite".
The user will receive an invitation via email. Once accepted, they will appear under Users With Access To Your Account.
Managing Existing Access
To review or update a user’s access:
Navigate to Settings -> Account Access.
Tap on the user you want to manage.
Choose "Edit permissions" to modify their permissions or "Remove access" to remove all access.
Changes take effect immediately.

Switching to Accounts You Have Access To
There are two ways to switch to an account that you have access to.
From the Home Screen
If you have access to other accounts, you will see an account switcher at the top of the screen. Simply tap on that and choose the account you want to switch to:


From the Account Access
In app Settings -> Account Access, under "Accounts You Have Access To", tap on the account you want to access and choose "Switch to this account":
