The "Share with Staff" option is designed for your internal team, such as staff or trainers. It allows them to access the workout in the CloudFit app, where they can view the workout setup, including its configuration and modules. Depending on their permissions, they may also be able to edit or run the workout.

Sharing Options
By default, only your account can use the sharing link, so anyone opening the link must be logged in with your CloudFit account.
If you want to allow other CloudFit users to view the workout, turn on "Enable Link Access for Others". This allows any CloudFit user with the link to open the workout, but not modify it.
Even when link access is enabled, the workout is not published publicly and will not appear in lists or search. Only users with the link can access it.
What can the link be used for?
You can copy the link to your clipboard or share it using standard communication methods such as email, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps.
Anyone who receives the link will need the CloudFit app to open the workout.
