Flexi Exercises Module

Learn about the Flexi Exercises module and configuration options

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

The Flexi Exercises module is one of the most useful modules and is used to display exercise videos alongside a configurable workout timer. It can be used for just about any training style or workout type.

For example, it can be used to build workouts such as: Circuit, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, You Go I Go (YGIG), As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP), Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) and more. It can also be used for 24/7 unattended setups and displaying exercises only without a timer.

For many more examples of different styles of workouts as well as direct links to the workouts to use directly in CloudFit, please see our Flexi Timings Templates document.

Note: The Flexi Exercises module is similar to the Simple Exercises module (previously known as the Timebox module). The main difference, is in how the timings are defined - Flexi Exercises allows fully customizable timings via Flexi Timings whereas Simple Exercises offers a less flexible but simpler timings configuration (work time, rest time, number of sets).
