Flow Module

Learn about the Flow module and configuration options

Updated over a week ago

The Flow Module is designed to display a single exercise on the screen at a time, a with the next exercise to be performed displayed in a smaller window.

It is typically used in settings where all clients perform the same exercises at the same time before moving onto the next exercise based on a work/rest timer.

Examples on what you could use the for Flow Module:

  • Instructor based workouts where clients are expected to follow the leader

  • Warm ups

  • Online Streaming

Advanced Flow Module Configuration

Flow module also includes an advanced feature to override timings on each exercise. This is useful for when you want to define how long each movement is performed for; ie 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 6 minutes etc.

To do this, go to the exercise selection screen. Next to each exercise there are 3 dots, click on this and select "Override Exercise Timing". This will allow you to override the module timing and lets you change it to suit your purposes.
