Adding Modules to Workouts
Updated over a month ago

All CloudFit workouts are built using components called Modules. Each module is unique and has its own set of features and configuration options.

You build workouts by adding one or more modules which then run in sequential order. Once all modules have completed the workout ends.

Below is a very simple workout with 3 modules. A "Welcome" whiteboard module, a main workout "Flex Exercises" module and a "Cool Down" whiteboard module. There are many ways to configure or set up workouts depending on what you're trying to do.

Adding a module to a workout is easy. There are clearly marked buttons to add modules in the app which will present you with a selection of modules to add:

Here is a quick summary of the available modules. You can click through to view the specific details and in-depth configuration for each module.
