Scheduling a Workout
From the Scheduled Workouts screen, simply tap the "Schedule Workout" button to schedule your first workout. Alternatively, choose a day on the calendar picker first, then click "Schedule Workout" to preselect that particular day.
On the "Add Schedule" screen, choose:
Which workout you would like to run
The date to run the workout
The time to run the workout
Note: scheduled workout times can only be in 5 minute increments, for example 9:00am or 9:05am.
Once you have chosen the values, click "Save" to schedule the workout.
Building a Schedule for a Week
To make building out your schedule faster, you can use additional features that operate on an entire day. Click the menu button in the date header to open up the additional options.
Copying a Day
Choose "Copy day" to quickly copy all workouts scheduled on a particular day to another day of your choice.
Replacing a Workout for an Entire Day
Choose "Replace workout" to change the workout scheduled for all scheduled entries on a particular day. Combined with "Copy day", this can quickly let you build out your schedule across a week or longer.
Clearing a Day
Choose "Clear day" to quickly remove all workouts scheduled on a particular day so you can build that day's schedule from scratch or use "Copy day" to copy a schedule from another day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will scheduled workouts run even if you don't have the main CloudFit mobile app (controller app) open and running?
Yes - scheduled workouts are trigger regardless of if the main CloudFit app is open or active.
What happens if you modify a workout (eg. change the timings or exercises) after the workout has been scheduled? Which version of the workout will run?
The latest/modified workout will always run at the scheduled time.
Can I stop/control a scheduled workout from the main CloudFit mobile app?
Yes - once the workout starts, you can control it using the app the same as a workout that was started manually.
How does CloudFit handle timezones? What timezone are workouts scheduled for?
When creating your schedule in the CloudFit app, the times shown are always shown matching the system device time. However, when stored into our system, we store them agnostic of the timezone.
If you schedule workouts in one timezone, then travel to another timezone, you will see the times change to match the new timezone you are traveling to. However, the TVs/displays will still always run the workouts based on the timezone they are set to.
How does CloudFit handle daylight savings changes?
This gets a bit tricky! But if you schedule your workouts in your home timezone where your gym is located, CloudFit will automatically handle all daylight savings time changes. For example, if you are located in Los Angeles, it is recommended to create your schedule while in Los Angeles (or by setting your system time to Los Angeles timezone) so that any future scheduled workouts will automatically take into account daylight savings changes.
