CloudFit modules that display exercises are able to configure some options for how each exercise video is displayed.

On the configuration page, you can see the options that can be changed as well as a preview of the screen.

This lets you configure where the number and text labels of the exercise should be placed. There are two options: Normal and Inverse.

In Normal layout, the number label is in the top left corner, while the text label (if there is one) will be positioned at the bottom of the exercise.

In Inverse layout, the number labels is in the bottom left corner, while the text label (if there is one) will be positioned at the top of the exercise.

In order to improve the visibility of number and text labels, CloudFit automatically adds a semi-transparent background color behind text. You won't notice this on the built-in exercise videos because they have a white background. However, on custom exercise videos, it will be more noticeable.

This option lets you turn off the background color. In general, we don't recommend doing this as it can make text hard to read. However, for certain custom exercise videos (usually with a more solid background color), it can look good.
