My logo isn't appearing with a transparent background

Troubleshooting for when your logo uploads to CloudFit but the transparency doesn't show

There is an unknown bug in how iOS / iPhones handles transparent .PNG files which causes them to upload with a solid black background instead of a transparent background.

The best way to fix this issue is to use a Desktop computer and upload your logo using our browser based app.

On a computer go to: app.cloudfit.tv

Login using your CloudFit account and update your logo. Your logo should now show the correct transparency.
